I've never seen them say it, and I've seen Bison, xFerior and the multiple admins joke around saying they have aimbot, wall hacks etc.

I don't think with the new rules, them stating they cheat is enough to ban.

And if you did that in a casino, they would take you aside, check you for cheating devices, and then let you play. If they kick you out without for that, they'd be faced with a lawsuit.
