You realise that so much of China is snow and mountains, right? Like, it's only really Northern Russia/Siberia that is mega icy, and that's all tundra anyways. Although the lowest recorded temperature there was like -71c/-91F, I'd probably kill myself if I was ever that cold.
Russia is part of Asia. Asia is a continent. That's like saying "England is owned by Europe", it doesn't make any sense.
