Initially yeah, but if we impose a short (e.g. 30 minute) ban, for excessive tking (Not sure what would be excessive, but maybe 3 team kills in 3 minutes? Or something similar), and punish those who intentionally do it again by banning them for longer periods of time depending on the situation (e.g. 1 hr to a day). Of course this could be automatically managed by server plugins, and any admins present in the server could also help out.
