Dreams, where is your evidence for "fact 1"?
Regarding "fact 3" it might not be the sole cause of deaths, but in many cases it has been a contributing factor (e.g. car accidents while heavily under the influence of cannabis).
"fact 4" is both ignorant and completely untrue, if marijuana had no effect on your brain, you wouldn't feel mentally/psychologically different when you used it.
"fact 5" is true, but many people (politicians or others) believe that the legalization of cannabis would have a negative influence on their society.
