To be honest...i think the guy was in the right to defend himself. they definite advanced on his position after he had retreated to a safe distance, he then used a weapon to defend him self when they BOTH ( that is 2v1 for those of you who don't know) started to attack him. I hope they jury throws the case out or finds him not guilty...stupid bitches...next time think before you start to harassing an employe for a protocol that he didn't have anything to do with.
