Working: Yes! (as of 17th October 2011)

Refined Instructions:

1. Download http://www.uploadking.com/8OK92KBTE5 (Link isn't working for me, don't worry about downloading this)
2. Download http://rghost.net/21129271
3. Run  PacSteamT-09-11-2011 (MAKE SURE TO UNCHECK THE BOTH BOXES and click finish).
4. There will now be a folder on your desktop named PacSteamT open it.
5. Click PacSteamT (inside the folder PacSteamT).
6. Run AutoUpdator as an ADMINISTRATOR
7. Click next, and again.
8. Check the box next to newest version.
9. Install it
10. Once done, open Pacsteam inventory and click Pacsteam Client

-Create a fresh account to avoid possibility of ban.
-Server browser seems to be not working, to connect to a server: simply copy-paste it into console eg. 'connect 173.231.20.20:27015'
-Name can be changed/other settings as in normal "Steam In-game Browser" (Shift-Tab, settings)
