This is mega familiar, I have a feeling that he's appealed his ban before, and it got deleted when we cleaned up all the sections. The date on the ban looks familiar, as does the name. I think this was a ban sanctioned by Bison, that's why there is no demo. But it's a legit ban, for sure.
