I, The Rival Wrote:Miffy, like the guide says, there is no real "best" sensitivity. You just want to keep tweaking yours until you find one that feels right to you. It also says you shouldn't change your sens too much either.

Its been years since ive made any changes, so i'm trying to see where I can make room for improvement.
