Im trying to make some back up copes of Rosetta stone.
When i try to burn the ISO file to the Blank DVD it says to insert a blank dvd. well there is a dvd in the drive...the blank dvds are DVD-r and that matches with my dvd burner(GSA-h55n). I got it to burn one dvd a few days ago, and it will read that one. I tried downloading a firmware update and installed it but that didn't work.
Anyone have any other ideas to what i can do.
