That sucks, there are a few types of hackers by the way
1)the ones that believe they are gods and boast about it, they are the ones most likely to get you banned
2)the ones that have advanced beyond that stage, they maintain a healthy respect towards the others and use hacks in a minor way, and definantly not openly
3)the ones like Frost, Jiggie, and others, the ones that actually ARE gods, they either keep a low profile, or Do things like Frost did, (remember Frost@USEast > YOU  ?), these ones won't normally get you banned, but if you become enemies, they will spread your IP, CDkey, and mac address far and wide forevermore.
