So a person who is pretty dedicated to only playing on your servers and has been for months is accused of wall hacking because I did well in one night of gaming. Can you at least give me a specific moment where I was defined as wall-hacking?

EDIT: almost 24 hours later

Do you guys just ignore your members? Is that how it works?
