Just FYI, you're not allowed to play music using in game voice channel at all, but even if you do so, you should receive a warning before ban.

He was warned 7 times before he was finally muted. And that was just the chat warnings. I warned him 3 times over the mic as well, as well as others.

After he was muted, he reconnected to get around the mute, started spamming clips again and then I banned him. I'd say he was given sufficient warnings.
