This is all irrelevant unless the friend admin actually banned the guy. If he did then that player may come appeal his ban in which case the admin would be penalized  ..  He isn't allowed to impersonate admins but technically he is allowed to say he is friends with an admin as long as that friend doesn't impersonate an admin he is safe. also. Its the internet. You will need to learnhow to  tolerate vulgar language. We are not a Christian server. although in the rules out says no excessive rude language, its less of a solid rule and more of a way we say, we reserve the right to .... Ect.
