As I see it, Ninja/Naail performed his tasks in the correct manner.

The kick vote had enough backing behind it and at the time it seems as if you were apparently lagging hard enough to skip & teleport around the map. This is against our rules.

You are allowed to have a high ping, but if your ping is not stable enough to provide players with a smooth player model that can be hit, then the admin can kick you until you fix the issue.

The point of this is the fact that skipping and teleporting players are nearly impossible to hit and some players tend to exploit this to make themselves harder to hit.

With either form, you were promptly warned by Naail 3 separate times. The first appears to have you reconnect to avoid a kick vote. After this offense, you reconnected to a 2nd kick vote, and then temporarily banned for ignoring admins and for not fixing your ping.

In none of his chat logs which are recorded by the servers did he call you a B**** or MotherF******. False reports like these do not help your case, and your previous 8 bans for Mic-Spamming do not speak well for your behavior. In fact, it's quite despicable to lie about what an admin does in an attempt to get their admin revoked.

I suggest you take this incident as one of your final warnings or you will find your punishments to be an even longer sentence on your next offense.
