When you demo someone you need to go into spec so that the HUD will pop open and we can see that it really is the guy. The HUD shows the name and the SteamID so that we know that the guy is really that guy and not just someone with his name. You have done a great job on getting evidence of him team flashing but we just cant make a ban with this demo. well im just not willing to, if another admin wants to do it than its up to them.

If he does it again just jump into spec and then get a demo of him doing it with the HUD open so that there is hardcore proof of him doing it.
