Unable to scan proxies
#1
I downloaded both xp-AntiSpy, and God Proxy on this Web site.  Disabled all of my fire walls, set my connection limit to unlimited, and made sure my modem was not interfering with the scan.  Nothing would show up.  I scanned from 0.0.0.0 to 0.0.255.255 and got nothing.  It didn't even list bad proxies!  I used this back in either 06, or 07, can't remember which, and it would pick up bad proxies too.  I did not have any problems scanning proxies back then at all.  I can test proxies that other users post and I can pick up some good ones and it tells me the bad ones, I just can't scan on my own for some reason.  I skimmed through the readme.txt file to see if that feature had been modified, but turns out that it was last edited in 2005, so it couldn't have been changed.

I did put 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255:1080 in hotspots.txt  and these proxies are intended for battle.net purposes.  Any help or some clarification would be appreciated.  Big Grin
