The Palestinians can declare all they want, they don't have a unified power structure, army or land they control (just 2 laps of land where they live). It sucks for them, but that's the way it is.

Iran isn't gonna bomb Israel. The nuclear weapon is about leverage and power.

Israel might tell the US what they're gonna do. They really do need them. Imagine Iran goes even further underground with its nuclear program (which is on hold for now according to most sources), then Israel doesn't have the capabilities to get it done. It probably would be impossible for Israel, and even hard for the US to successfully bomb a site that goes deeper underground.
