When you record a demo, please leave the HUD up so we can see his name and Steam ID. That way we can verify if it's actually him and not someone else with that name.
Also, if he was doing this over a 60 minute period, try to get a longer demo. Next time he does that follow those two suggestions so we can take appropriate action
