-------- I don't think I should "warn, warn, warn, kick, ban" for a 10 minutes ban. Why? Because you will obviously come back and keep doing the same thing, and the worst case scenario - admins will be babysitting you again.

I don't see how asking/warning someone ingame before actually banning is a bad idea, it becomes babysitting when u don't ban and they just feel like there are no consequences which is very different from actually doing so and then banning if  the admin sees they just don't care.  As no one answered that one yet but u(saying there is no need for it) i assume the community has a just ban no warn policy?, anyone feel free to correct me if i am wrong.

As for the rule of "general cussing in moderation is allowed" i was doing it in general, never calling anyone anything more than once so it was moderated, the problem here is apparently that i called U a faggot once, so as u said:
If you call random people that you don't even know(obviously we're not buddies), you deserve this educational lesson - short term ban.

Been doing it for ever, and with admins around, none of them objecting for it even with u present an infinite amount of times, please don't say u just noticed my cussing just now, my chat logs make that excuse unsustainable, never had a single problem with any admin until of course u felt like dropping a ban cause u didn't like being called like that.

The ban wasn't a minute after that, it was immediately so sorry but its not possible to check gameme and ban in less than 10 seconds(as it happened), the time needed for an insta ban was what i got, even so not needed u just had to scroll up chat to last map end at most(three mouse-wheel movements at most?). what u did here is applying the classical  admin move "i am an admin don't fuck with me or i will fuck u up", i am not saying all admins do it but there is a handful that do so.
