So i think you guys should train admin based on thier knowledge.
if they are new and noobs to the admin thing.
then some root admin should take responsibility and teach him IN GAME how to use ever single command.

not just a guide throw internet,

I dont see the point of training Jr admins.... just read the rules, don't leak information and dont do anything stupid such as admin abuse.....
