I have been having this problem too and it gets really annoying that i cant play my ping usually is 289-299 but sometimes it goes up to 345 i did a traceroute to that server and its like this

when my ping is 340 in office in snipers its 295, and in some maps in snipers it just goes up to 360, any idea whats going on?
