I don't like the rockets, they're even worse now, entire teams throw rockets collectively. If you kill them, then they'll just respawn and throw more rockets. They can kill you, or at take away most of your hp with ease. In my opinion it removes a bit of skill from the server. Sometimes it's hard to see because of the rockets, explosions, and rocket trails.
