If you check my chat logs there were actually some shenanigans going on.

The new update forced my cs to dxlevel 95, which I guess my card doesn't support, cuz i would get 40 fps and constant crashing. I think i used dxlevel 5 or 6 before, because thats what esea forced. But by changing to mat_dxlevel 81, I was getting a weird smoke glitch. When i'm in the outside edge of it I can see outlines of things, but when outside or completely inside I still can't see.

tab through the screenshots and see what I mean. I tried not to glitch anyone. The only one I killed glitching was someone on piranesi roof. Odd bug. Kind of like how smokes used to be before the big update. But, I can't do much about it cuz I can't run dx 95 on this pos video card.

But glad to see your still hanging around linear I'll probably have some free time to play again in the next few months. So hop onto the server when I am on.


edit: If you can't recreate the glitch using dx 81, then it may be a combination of that and some other cvar in my config file. Kind of annoying. It holds me back from prefiring spots through smoke, cuz I can see them perfectly through the outline. If I can fix it with a cvar I will.
