Comments: This guy looks like he barely has control over his mouse and lacks basic css knowledge, yet pulls off ridiculous shots all over the place. Also, his hpk (headshot per kill) with the awp is 70%.
I wasn't able to constantly spectate the hacker (with either the command bison told me or "!spec" itself) and instead triggered this message: "[SM] You do not have access to this command.".
