So the problem was that it was made for v27 and thanks to xFerior <----- Amazing person!!!! he helped me fix it by Removing the steamclient.dll file that the clan tag changer replaced. In order to do this i had to install css again in a different place and update, then copy the steamclient.dll file from the new one to the old, replaced it, now it works again i have all my stats Smile
