Hard Drive Size : 750GB. Speed : 5400-rpm
Memory : 8GB DDR3

Processor Cache : 6MB L3 Cache
Windows 7 Home Premium

Processor - Any gaming on Windows 7, it needs to be faster.
Memory - If that's not a 64 bit version of Windows, you aren't even using half of it. 32 bit version OS's can only use up to 4GB of memory TOTAL. This includes all other memory on the machine including video RAM.
Video Card - If you want to play CS:GO, you're gonna need something better. GDDR3 was good for Half Life 2 era games, but not anymore. GDDR5 is what you're looking for.
Hard Drive - 5400 RPM = SLOW loading times. The slowest component in any computer (besides optical devices; CD, DVD, etc) is the hard drive. 5400 RPM is the slowest searching / loading thing there is. If you want speed, go with SSD, it can't be beat.
This is all dependent upon how much money you have and / or are willing to spend. I have other pieces of advice about this system, if you want it, but only if you're looking to drop some dollars on it.
