Just don't feed their hate. If no admin is on just let them go on their little rant. They will soon go tired of speaking to themselves and not being heard is just what puts the fire out.
Was a few on that went on a racism rant for quite a while on the office server the other day. Was kinda nasty because people kept feeding them exactly what they wanted to hear. It stopped once people didn't give them any attention.
