can u explain further plz because if u're from India u know BSNL sucks and they also don't about them also where to email and should I trace the route to wL??

you have to go to ur local bsnl office and tell them you have this issue , they will give u some bs about SLA , tell them you need the email address of denib ( its the tech department ) send them a detailed mail with tracerts from your connection and from another connection( be it bsnl or any other connection ) . They will then give u a route that lowers ur ping .
