Pretty sure this is definitely a Comcast problem now. You have 88ms at your second hop, when the usual should be around 10-30ms.

Here is from a previous tracert of yours:

and now:

2 83 ms 88 ms 84 ms c-68-83-22-1.hsd1.nj.comcast.net [68.83.22.1]

which is before WebNX's network (transit provider pccwbtn.net)
