- 7AM cup of oats
- 8-9AM School meal
- 12:20PM Sub or chicken patty sometimes something else..
- 3PM Bread
- 3:30-4PM 2scoops of whey with banana (pre-training)
- 6-7PM 2scoops of whey with banana (post-training)
- 9-10PM Dinner
Before I found out I had these problems I used to have 3-4 meals a day MAXIMUM and I was eating only bullsh!t...
