Only religious whackos are against gay marriage. What harm is it to anyone if two people of the same sex get married? Marriage is all about tax breaks and symbolism.
There is no 'sanctity' of marriage, the word is meaningless. The ease and frequency of divorce damages the 'sanctity' of marriage more than homosexuality ever could.

That 'Adam and Eve / Adam and Steve' thing is the dumbest possible argument. That was ONE (fictitious) couple, do you think every couple since should aspire to be as much like A&E as possible? Do you think their way in any aspect of a relationship is the only acceptable way?
