It was implemented to keep the teams from being stacked. I have never seen it switch someone 9 times maybe 3-4. It may be annoying at times thunder. Just remember the days when we didnt have it. You get two good players on one team and the server would get cleared out because it wasn't fair. I see more good than bad.
