I thought to be in HDK you had to apply on FORUMS, get to KNOW ALL the MEMBERS in the CLAN. Wait until they vote in your application. I also though you had to follow a bunch of bs rules but no! Just add ptk and tell him you're gonna advertise for him, or wait till he asks you to :p
