Yes sir. I was in fact banned. I was running an outside exe along with my client. The exe I used had all music and quote binds on it in a 1.6 pug. I was not cheating but this was in 2003-4 before esea even had CSS or the super awesome client it has now. It was only a 180 day ban and because I didn't play 1.6 esea was useless for me so I never fought it. I played competitive CSS in CAL and CEVO. I was never VAC banned because it wasn't typical cheats. Now I am currently an ESEA instructor for CSS and an ESEA caster for CSGO Invite. One of10 or so. Hopefully you can see the positives over the one negative. Thanks I'll check back later
