Unfortunately, you do not "deal with that." All in all, cheating is cheating. Given the example you just gave us about your two accounts that are VAC banned, you obviously didn't learn the first time. Why would we give you another chance? And if we are to make an exception for you, how are we to justify the others who want to be unbanned after they cheat and are caught?
