If you add it, and send
!sub css us

It will message you only when you're online if theres a pug going on and they need players. 

It wil also message you if you're in-game and you're afk or if you're not readied up or if you get subbed in from spec.

So this helps with people who alt tabs out for a few sec and didn't realize that the game started.
