lady in the video obviously discriminates african americans. probably due to "previous negative experiences" she encountered.

I understand every individual is different, but there is definitely a stigma that is attached to a any racial group that is difficult to let go of.

One of the comments in the 2nd video gave an interesting insight..

I honest don't think that this lady is evil or has a cold heart. I believe she grew up in a segregated environment and her parents taught her only negatives about black people. If yo mama hate n*****, yo daddy hate n*****, and everyone around you hate n*****. You at a high risk of hating ni**** too.
