On the demo I recorded, I only got about 30 seconds of him spamming for several minutes. At the end of the video you will notice another player trying to ignore him (although he left before the player tried to). I could not find him before and found him now as rank #20 in the WL Mini Games server. I would expect someone that high in ranking on WL to know the rules better. I dont quite know the process of dealing with this kind of issue but I do think that something should be done to remind martinez that WL does not run that way.
