I like N-Raww's way of doing it, he lets 10 people join, then changes password. When someone leaves, he changes it back and calls someone. Something like this, but automatic, would be my desired choice.

if a player lefts suddenly, which is very common in scrims.....4 vs 5 will be the result....PLAYERS SHOULD BE THERE IN SPEC TO GET SUBBED

but most of them are AFKs or r not willing to join or busy.......its tough to find the right player who will join at the right time when one is needed....so scrim gets delayed or one-sided...so -1 again

not always though, Players mass join the scrim warm ups which confuses the late issue,

I will suggest to make a plugin which will not allow the specs to view the whole map...they will be fixed at some point in the map looking at the sky. They will be only allowed to see the score board...and if a player disconnects he may join the game. IDK if anyone will be able to make such a plugin or not. LOL.

N-Raww is an idiot. Finding players is not that easy. Atleast 10 mins will be wasted inviting another guy. -1

doesnt they have any other work to do instead of waiting idle for any sub? i bet they will join some other server and ont come if reinvited......according to my idea..they will be allowed to chat ingame.....thats not so boring

Yup i agree. For shokk's idea, its alright but there might be ghosting going on in spec so i think the admins should kick the specs, and if anyone rage quits, the players should try to find a sub among their friends. That can be alright.

When im on css i like to play, not wait around for the slight chance of playing in one server. If they have other work to do, surely they wouldn't be playing css then?

I cant think of regular rqers though, apart from In$ane but he went and got himself banned anyway :p, and it's harsh to ban if they do it once tbh
