The server has only six maps. Two of them are Office and DD2, there are servers for these two maps already. One map has this annoying song playing all the time.
Maybe more people will play in the server if there were more maps.

Looks like it's similar to zombie escape server ... there's only 2 maps to vote whenever voting comes.
Maybe you could search some maps and place it here? That'll be great

There are times when over 10 people play there. Rare, but it does happen. Usually there are like 2 or 4 non steam users playing.

Theyre no fun. They stare at me for a sec before shooting :c
