Since I didn't get any answers or attention before...

Couple things:

1. Who admins this server?
2. Who pissed who off?
3. Obviously you don't have anti-griefing, because the server is a total wreck.
4. If I'm to use this server to play, you need a lot of extras...

• whitelist
  
• anti-griefs
  
• perhaps towny? (buy your own plots of land)
  
• (optional) mcmmo mod
  
• (optional) fast cutting trees
  

I logged in to find someone's castle obliterated. Nuked to pieces and griefed to hell.
And someone did a TNT nuke just to the left of the city. Two holes. One so deep, spherical drops, that it blew a hole to through the bedrock into the negative Y value.
Server isn't worth playing on, if a player can't protect his shit.

I've run my own MC servers before using Bukkit, if you're all interested in having an actual admin for the server?
I've got a few people who would populate it with the right mods installed.
