Reconnecting for respawn.

As you know if you died in WL server in the first few seconds in the round, you can reconnect and be able to respawn yourself. However is there a way we could twitch and create a rule on this? To give an example, someone could just rush with a p90 at the start of the round on smee tower and reconnect to be able to finish them off?.
