is there a setting somewhere i can check to stop from automatically watching forums i post in my email gets spammed with it or stop it from emailing me about it? having to unwatch each time is a bit annoying.

I know that we have never really met before
But, tell me, does this rag smell like chloroform?

Upper right hand corner go to Alerts then go to Alert preferences on the left side of the screen
