If you had read the Guidelines to posting Ban Appeals, you must have missed Rule #3.

3. Do not create a ban appeal on one's behalf. If they're unable to appeal due to difficulties with English then contact an admin directly.

If Raoof wants to be unbanned, he needs to come make an Appeal himself.
