The demo is big, I recorded him over three rounds so you may want to grab some popcorn. The demo only catches a small amount of shenanigans, making me believe that if he is a hacker that he's smart and toggling his shit. A decent toggleable memory hack masked by his high ping is how I saw how he plays. Either he's really lucky or he's hacking. Lagging as much as he is it shouldn't make the drastic changes you see in the demo, such as not even aiming at an enemy and headshotting with 1-2 bursts. Memory hacks are tricky, especially in this case (his high ping). With a memory hack you can have your back turned to an enemy and pull off a headshot, so god only knows. I would recommend an admin to watch over him while he's playing to make a final decision.
