I was playing on cs_office Asia server. After playing one round. The connection disconnected, now when i reconnect its says "permanently banned. Hacks ". I never used any hacks on wl servers. I got banned for absolutely no reason.

Yeah, my brother was using my account. He probably cheated thats why my account got vac banned. So i bought a new account just to play again. This is a new account, am i not allowed to play? I read in the ban appeal guidelines that you can play if you bought a new game/account? And yeah that smac was false positive. I asked my brother about the ban he replied he used some sort of wallhack. As far as i know smac cannot detect wallhack(I maybe wrong). I know its my fault that i let my brother play on my account. Just to play again, fair and square I bought a new game. There is no reason for me to lie or cheat I am already a decent player. This ban makes me feel that i just wasted my money.
