Root admins: Apex is a serious toxic player who somehow seems to be extremely fond of vulgarly abusing other players, in spite of repeated warnings to be nice. I recommend taking more drastic action as 3 day bans does not seem to change his abusive behaviour.

Given an interim 7 day BAN.

MY OPINION : Reduce the ban and Silence him permanently. If he persists, go ahead with drastic punishment. Above all, it's your call.

Dont think there is an option for permanent silence. It goes off after each game.
