To make things easier. First, I am on no steam, after having no internet connection for 2 days I tried to reconnect, got the error
"Your map [de_blablabla] differs from the server's" in mini games. I am so sure that there is nothing different in the map that I downloaded from the mg server. Any help? Tried downloading it again and it does not work.

Did you try deleting the files of the map you are getting the error from?
There are two files inside of them
delete de_dust2_se.bsp
delete de_dust2_se.nav
Delete these two of the map that is giving you these error and reconnect to the server.
Let me know if it helped, if not theres other solutions.
