Need help! i was having vac errors saying "an issue with your computer is blocking the vac system". Im still trying to fix it (need help with this too) now im banned on PUG, its sad to wait 2 days..or more just to play again . unban pls? steam linked

We do a one time ban shortening to 3 hours for pug leave bans. It doesn't look like you ever took advantage of it. I went ahead and shortened the ban to 3 hours.
