10th's pov is fine but whenever i switch to my own pov (valey) it starts to lag

any console commands or something to fix this, or is it just a bad demo

If your lagging in a match, then it'll also show you lagging in the demo.

i had high ping (around 100) but i dont think i had any kind of packet loss or choke.
oh well it doesnt matter too much
